Pen & Ink

I’ve always striven for a nice quality of line with my pen and ink images and sometimes I’ve even achieved it. Pen and ink is a very unforgiving medium. If your under-drawing isn’t good there is not enough ink in the world to hide its imperfections. And if your line quality is terrible then a good under-drawing isn’t going to save you either. Most of these drawings appeared as editorial illustrations, some in a coloured final form.
